Loss Foreman -
Loss Foreman directs the activities of workers
concerned with the restoration process. Helps
establish material lists and a budget for the
job. Studies supplements and scope of work to
plan procedure for construction on basis of
starting and completion times and staffing
requirements for each phase of construction,
based on knowledge of available tools and
equipment and various building methods. Orders
procurement of tools and materials to be
delivered at specified times to conform to work
schedules. Confers with and directs supervisory
personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning
and executing work procedures, interpreting
specifications and coordinating various phases
of construction to prevent delays. Confers with
supervisory, engineering personnel, inspectors
and suppliers to resolve construction problems.
Inspects work in progress to ensure that work
conforms to specifications and the construction
schedules are adhered to. Prepares, or receives
from subordinates, reports in progress,
materials used and costs, and adjusts work
schedules as indicated by reports. With working
knowledge of the building code he insures
compliance with the plans, specifications, and
procedures as required to complete the project
in a timely and quality conscious manner. Gets
completion certificate and survey at the
completion of the job.
Cleaning Manager
Working
directly for the Cleaning Manager and/or
Production Manager, directs the activities of
workers concerned with the restoration process.
Helps establish a work procedures for the job.
Quality control on cleanliness. Studies
supplements and scope of work to plan procedure
for restoration and cleaning on basis of
starting and completion times and staffing
requirements for each phase of the job. Have
the knowledge of available tools and equipment
and various restoration and cleaning methods.

delivered at specified times to conform to work
schedules. Confers with and directs supervisory
personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning

Confers with supervisory and engineering

cleaning problems and restoration and cleaning

construction schedules are adhered to.

Help assist in getting completion certificate
and survey at the completion of the job.
Requirements for Position:
No Criminal Record, High School Diploma/GED
Equivalency, Valid Drivers License, Drug
Free, Working knowledge of the NC State
Building Code and other governmental
regulations pertaining to construction.
Must have successfully passed the IICRC Fire
and Smoke class, IICRC Odor class, and IICRC
Water Restoration Class and take continuing
ed as required.
Cleaning
Technician –
Cleaning Technician (CT) cleans fire, smoke,
water, odor and after construction clean up.
Inventory all that is to be packed out. Check
quantities and qualities of Property to be
packed out. Note any special problems. Assure
that employees are using the proper methods of
packing out and that all items area accounted
for. Take pictures and notes of damaged items.
Bring questions, discrepancies, and unusual
conditions to the attention of the Loss Foreman
as they arise.
